Yesterday, I proposed to my girlfriend and she said yes!  Sucker!  Just joking.  She is a great women and mom and I know that she will make a great wife.  We are currently planning on getting married next July.  I'm surprised she didn't bust out a packet with lists, dates, and wedding band videos.  This was the super secret thing I was working on in Thursday's post.  I worked with her school (she is a teacher) to set up something there.  I had her students flip up some cardboard letters that read “will you marry me?” and then I walked in the class.  She had no clue and was surprised.  I rented a limo and 20 of us went out last night and had a blasty blast.  What did I get myself into?

OK, I am writing this to appologize for not writing.  I purposely created this blog so that I would write all the time.  I do not want to be one of those bloggers that write once every three months (or once a month for that matter).  I have just been extremely, extremely busy.  I am actually surprised that I am still alive.  Here is a list of everything that I have been up to (literally all at the same time.....no seriously).

• Remodeling bathroom - I totally ripped out everything in my bathroom and starting from scratch


• Remodeling upstairs bedroom....I'm getting this done by a contractor cause its too much


• Moving my home office downstairs


• Working with a client in Detroit everyday


• Promoting my business and getting other clients in the pipeline


• Working on some pro bono work for the American Cancer Society.....I just finished this


• Working on a design with Rocky Lhotka on his new web site...just started (sorry Rocky)


• Working on my web application that I am writing....more details on this within a month or so


• Helping my girlfriend move in with me


• Master minding a secret surprise...more about this tomorrow

I am doing all of the remodeling to my house so that it is ready for when my girlfriend and her daughter move in with me at the end of this month.  Can't wait but it won't be ready.  Well thats enough to kill a horse but I'm still here.  Actually, it's kind of fun.
