Well, my house is officially on the market.  We put it up for sale yesterday and we are asking the cheap price of $129,900.  We have out grown the house with the new baby and it's time to move on.  This was my first house that I purchased back in December of 2001.  I have updated every room except for the kitchen.  It is is move in condition with nothing to be done.  Act now and I will throw in my plasma in the basement for free! :)

I am excited to move but I am not getting my hopes up because the market is so weak right now.  I can't wait to pimp out a new home office and theater room.
